Inside Sales Representative / Telesales Representative / Appointment Setter (Warm Leads) - Bristol outskirts (Office Based)
£30K base salary + Uncapped Commission - Realistic OTE £45K-60K

About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will focus on following up warm leads from website enquiries and incoming calls-no cold calling involved. Your goal is to connect with potential customers, explain our products, and arrange home appointments for our field sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make 50-60 outbound calls daily to warm leads.
Present and explain product benefits clearly and confidently.
Schedule appointments for field sales representatives.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM.
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Support the team with appointment rescheduling as needed.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in telephone sales or business development roles.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
Confidence and resilience in overcoming objections and closing deals.
A background or interest in mobility products is a plus.
Familiarity with UK geography is desirable but not essential.
