Hales group are looking for an Finance Administrator to join a busy Finance team, providing support across the wider business. This role will involve managing the accounts payable process, processing invoices and payment runs, resolving queries, and supporting audit preparation while ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the accounts payable function accurately and efficiently
Prepare and process monthly payment runs
Handle supplier and internal finance queries
Assist with year-end audit preparation
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance
About You
Previous finance or accounts payable experience
Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
