About Us: Hogshaw Farm and Wildlife Park is a growing 44-acre site, home to over 250 animals.
Role Purpose: The successful candidate will care for our rare breed livestock species, assist with breeding and be responsible for general animal husbandry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Care for our rare breed livestock to a high standard also ensuring preventative treatments and general husbandry. Opportunities to work with some exotic and wildlife species.
* Maintain high standards of animal welfare and record-keeping.
Essential Requirements:
* 1 years animal care experience.
* Additional Animal care experience desirable but not essential.
* Full driving licence and willingness to commute.
* Basic DIY competence and willingness to learn.
* Interest and experience in rare breeds desirable but not essential.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 9.5 – 30 per week
