An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a Full Time/Part Time Payroll Administrator within the Payroll administration team located in Northallerton. We require a motivated administrator with good communication and customer care skills suitable for dealing with a full range of service users and professionals, both from North Yorkshire Council and other organisations.
You will undertake administrative duties supporting the Commercial Payroll Officers, data inputting using bespoke systems, answering telephone calls and dealing with a variety of queries.
As a Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for:
Ensuring timely and accurate payments to all Academy/External Customers employees. Ensure the requested transactions are processed in line with relevant pension schemes. Responsible for multiple Cumbria LEA schools for ensuring that all employees are paid without issues thereby maintaining a good relationship with customers. Deliver agreed SLA's. Prepare, check and load the interface files.
