As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Porter, you'll be a face of the hotel, bringing your warm and friendly personality to work every day. This busy, hands-on role within the M&E department requires great attention to detail as you set up, refresh, and clear rooms to the high Leonardo standard. You'll work as part of a vibrant team to ensure all guests have a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Think on your feet to meet clients' needs with a positive attitude.
* Communicate effectively: greet organisers, meet guests' needs, and collaborate to achieve departmental KPIs.
* Be self-motivated and comfortable working independently at times.
* Work well within a team during large events.
* Support event set-up with AV support (desirable).
