Are you an experienced Sales Manager - or a high-performing Business Manager ready to take the next step? We’re looking for a confident leader to manage a team of 6 Business Managers in a fast-paced car finance environment. This is a head office-based role with all communication handled over the phone - no in-person client work or travel required.
About the Role:
This role is focused on leading and motivating a successful sales team to drive finance performance and meet ambitious targets. You’ll oversee all day-to-day sales activity, provide coaching, and help create a culture of energy, accountability, and results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a team of 6 Business Managers
* Drive daily performance and support team to exceed KPIs and finance targets
* Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback
* Oversee all outbound and inbound sales activity conducted via phone
* Work closely with leadership to improve team processes and results
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience as a Sales Manager or Business Manager in car finance, automotive, or similar sales-driven environment
* A confident leader with strong people management skills
* Excellent communication and coaching abilities
* Comfortable in a non-client-facing, phone-based role
* Results-driven and committed to high performance
