Job Description Team Leaders will provide leadership, vision, direction and effective management of their area fostering and encouraging a culture of high-quality customer service, respect, partnership and collaboration as well as continuous improvement and innovation. Team Leaders are expected to work collaboratively with other Team Leaders, Senior Managers and Strategic Directors to support the overall strategic and operational leadership of areas ensuring that services are fit for purpose. The ICT Infrastructure and Security Team Leader will lead and motivate a team responsible for delivering and supporting the council’s applications, infrastructure, networking and security infrastructure. They will provide advice, leadership, and direction in relation to the Councils ICT and Digital modernisation and transformation programme ensuring effective leadership, governance, control and compliance across the Council ICT operations and change programmes.
