This role offers a chance to join Stryker’s smaller, fast-growing ENT division, focusing on a portfolio of capital, consumables, and disposables supporting surgical specialties within ENT. We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking sales professional committed to territorial growth.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be a key member of a successful sales team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through our products. Your responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, and providing exceptional customer service.
You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders in both NHS and private sectors, including surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals. Your duties will include conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, clinical training, and supporting surgical cases in operating theatres.
The territory covers Scotland and North East England. Ideally, you will reside within this region.

What you need
* Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or a degree in sciences/business, or equivalent experience.
* Proven success in medical device sales and capital sales.
* Ownership mentality with results-driven focus.
* Drive, desire to succeed, and competitive spirit.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commercial acumen, preferably with NHS/private sector knowledge.
* Fluent in English.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous.
