* Salary (London): £36,468 - £50,145 per annum
* Salary (National): £33,592 - £46,189 per annum
Role Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Team Leader to join our team covering Bromley and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a high performing front line operational team and demonstrate value for money.
* Ensure all activities are undertaken safely, adhering to Clarion policies, procedures, and embedding a customer focused approach to service.
* Supervise and monitor the work of a team of Trade Operatives, ensuring they achieve defined objectives and standards.
* Provide guidance on best practice and relevant procedures, ensuring adherence to all Health and Safety requirements.
* Coordinate and allocate repair and maintenance jobs, tasks and activities for a specific trade or closely related trades, in accordance with defined requirements and time frames.
* Demonstrate leadership, coaching and performance management.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in leadership, coaching and performance management.
* Must be able to travel across the region as required.
* Applicants subject to Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
* Eligible to work in the UK; must reside in England or Wales throughout employment; Clarion does not offer visa sponsorship.
