Summary
We are seeking a strategic and highly creative Global Marketing Creative Director to lead the development and execution of impactful brand and marketing campaigns across international markets. This role will drive creative excellence across integrated communications, ensuring brand consistency, market relevance, and customer engagement. Working closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams, you will translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies that support growth and strengthen brand presence globally.
What you'll do
* Lead the global creative direction for integrated marketing campaigns across advertising, social media, digital content, events, and brand communications.
* Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and improve market competitiveness.
* Oversee the creation, production, and delivery of high-quality creative assets and marketing materials that enhance customer engagement and conversion.
* Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to transform commercial objectives into effective creative solutions that support regional growth targets.
* Drive the creative conception, pitch development, and quality assurance of major campaigns and strategic projects.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to continuously improve creative approaches and content strategies.
* Manage and coordinate external creative partners including agencies, production companies, and freelancers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
* Champion brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and global markets.
What you'll bring
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Significant experience in brand, creative, or advertising roles, with a strong portfolio of successful integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within the automotive sector.
* Strong creative vision with an excellent eye for design, storytelling, and content development.
* Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, video content, and digital content platforms.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to independently develop and present creative concepts and proposals.
* Experience using data and customer insights to shape marketing strategies and support audience growth.
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross‑functional and international teams.
* Experience in cross‑cultural brand communication within global or multi‑region organisations.
* Bilingual language skills would be advantageous.

Additional Information
* This role will be working from our Coventry office. This role will be working on‑site, full time.
* Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
