Join our client's growing and dynamic investment management business, where compliance plays a key role in supporting sustainable growth. This position offers broad exposure to risk and compliance activities within a collaborative and commercially focused environment.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Supporting the delivery and ongoing development of the Compliance Monitoring Programme, including testing and reporting.
* Conducting periodic client file reviews and maintaining client due diligence records in line with regulatory requirements.
* Assisting with business risk assessments and wider risk management activities.
* Monitoring sanctions alerts and regulatory notifications, escalating potential matches where appropriate.
* Maintaining awareness of regulatory developments and supporting communication of updates across the business.
* Assisting with the preparation of compliance reporting and documentation for internal governance forums.
* Supporting policy and procedure updates, thematic reviews and compliance-related projects.
* Working closely with operational teams to ensure effective and proportionate compliance controls.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience within a compliance, risk or regulated financial services environment, with knowledge of AML/CFT requirements and client due diligence processes. They will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to assess risk and apply sound judgement. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across the business. A proactive approach and a willingness to develop within the compliance field are key.
