We are looking for a Junior Vehicle Technician with a passion for Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and Porsche, based in or near Maidstone, Aylesford, or Medway.
This role offers a high-performing, quality-driven environment where you will be mentored by Master Technicians and trained on dealer-level diagnostic equipment.
The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 Basic (depending on experience).
* Bonus: Performance and efficiency bonuses available.
* Hours: Monday – Friday only (strictly no weekends).
* Training: Structured technical training, including hybrid and EV qualifications.

What You Will Be Doing
* Specialist training on diagnosing and repairing high-end German vehicles.
* Modern maintenance including servicing, brakes, and suspension to manufacturer standards.
* Developing a diagnostic knowledge base with advanced software.
* Gaining experience with hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
Qualifications & Experience
* 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a workshop.
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (NVQ or equivalent).
* Strong interest in German brands and performance engineering.
* Full UK driving licence.
