Senior Energy Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Energy Consultant to join our team in Bucharest. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy sector and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions to clients.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our office.

What the day will look like
In this role you will work in a client-facing capacity, to provide advice on policy coverage, risk exposures, and coverage availability. Together with our Brokers/Account Executives you will analyze exposure data, loss history, and unique coverage needs for clients.
You will participate in new business development meetings and deliver energy industry expertise.
* Act as a mentor and energy sector related expert for Brokers, and other team members
* Collaborate with Brokers to create market submissions and analyze prospect and client risk exposures
* Act as a trusted advisor to the executive level client in broking, designing, selling and servicing complex accounts
* Serves as a primary internal source for information concerning market trends and pricing practices within a specialized area
* Responsible for planning, scheduling, resourcing and executing large projects/ programs
* Assist in the development of innovative solutions to address changing risk profiles
* Market new and renewal business, handling all aspects of the placements from initial market selection through policy delivery to client together with the senior broker
* Present to local account executives, participate in RFPs, client meetings and conference calls
Skills and experience that will lead to success
* Significant experience in the energy sector
* Proven track record of successful client engagements and business development
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
* Customer-focused with proven relationship building skills
* Fluent English and Romanian languages
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
