Key Responsibilities: Support individuals with daily personal care, including washing, dressing, eating, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in physical or emotional wellbeing to senior staff. Assist with medication support (if trained and required). Encourage and support service users to participate in daily activities, routines, and social engagement. Maintain accurate and clear care records. Uphold dignity, choice, and respect at all times. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver coordinated care. Requirements: A genuinely caring, patient, and reliable nature is essential. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service required due to the nature of work Previous experience as a healthcare assistant/support worker preferred but not essential. Care Certificate or willingness to work towards it desirable. Good verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or bank holidays (as agreed). Right to work in the UK.
