My client, a Legal 500 ranked full-service firm, is now looking to further build on past successes and strengthen its growing corporate team. You will be joining a highly successful and friendly corporate team, working with a range of local and national clients on a variety of work and transactions including M&A, Joint Ventures, and Private Equity work and more.
Working closely with lead Partners, this is a great time to join a team that is going from strength to strength, and in a firm where you can progress your career from day one. Due to the seniority of the role, you will also play a key role in the ongoing strategy and development of the team and department, engaging in BD and collaborating on complex matters.
