The Role
As Office Manager, you’ll be the central point of coordination for this growing practice. You’ll ensure daily operations run smoothly, maintain office systems, and provide support across administration, HR, finance, and supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
14. Oversee day-to-day office operations
15. Provide admin and diary/scheduling support
16. Maintain personnel files and holiday records
17. Manage office supplies, suppliers, and contracts
18. Support payroll admin, expenses & basic accounts
19. Assist with new starter onboarding and compliance
20. Liaise with external IT support
21. Keep the office organised, safe, and compliant

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
22. Confident communicator with a professional manner
23. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
24. Ability to prioritise and take ownership of tasks
25. Enjoys supporting a team and maintaining structure
26. Experience in a disciplined or regulated environment
