? The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for new leads, responsible for:
* Conducting discovery calls and closing deals with property owners and partners.
* Managing and nurturing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
* Working closely with marketing to create and refine lead generation strategies.
* Leading local outreach initiatives—networking events, cold calling, CSR campaigns, and more.
* Collaborating with your assistant to organise meetings, follow-ups, and prospecting campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in sales and relationship management.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
* Marketing and business development experience.
* Hospitality or property industry experience is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
* Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
