4. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating regulatory submissions, policies, and client communications.
5. Collaborating with compliance, risk, operations, and product development teams to align regulatory strategies.
6. Supporting senior lawyers on complex regulatory projects with multi-jurisdictional issues.
7. Monitoring and interpreting regulatory developments impacting digital assets and broader financial services.

The role offers the opportunity to engage in a varied workload with significant client contact. We seek an outstanding lawyer with a commercial mindset, confidence, proactivity, strong people skills, teamwork ability, and effective networking skills.

Qualifications: We are looking for an exceptional lawyer, qualified in England & Wales, with 2-6 years' post-qualification experience, and a solid understanding of UK regulation (FCA, PRA). Familiarity with EU regimes is preferred. Experience or interest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, or fintech regulation is desirable but not essential. Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills are required. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, come from a strong international practice, and be highly motivated, eager to develop lasting relationships internally and externally.
