Job Description
6. As the 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line support of end users on both a remote and on-site basis.
7. The role will predominantly cover EUC across both Microsoft and Mac technologies.
8. This will include Office365, Active Directory, Windows 10 and 11, as well as iOS devices.
9. In addition to the core elements of EUC, you will also support networking infrastructure, covering LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi.
10. The role will operate on a hybrid basis, and whilst there will be elements of remote support, you will also travel on a regular basis to sites across the north of England, including Leeds, Doncaster and Hull.
The Successful Applicant
As the successful candidate for the 2nd Line IT Support Engineer position, you will have hands-on commercial experience in the following technologies:
11. Windows 10 and 11
12. Office365
13. Active Directory
14. LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi
15. Mobile support of iOS and Android devices
In addition you will have:
16. A full UK driving license
17. Excellent communication skills
18. Proven track record working in a global IT Team
What's on Offer
19. Hybrid role with remote responsibilities and occasional travel between sites across Leeds, Doncaster and Hull regions. (Full Driving License is required).
20. Duration of 3-6 months (Likely extensions).
21. £180-£200 per day (Inside IR35).
