Your Role: Manage client finances, from cash and cheques to reconciliations
Process invoices, deal with supplier queries, and oversee payments
Handle VAT returns and produce accurate financial reports
Liaise with property managers to streamline processes and resolve issues
Maintain impeccable financial records across all accounts
What Were Looking For: AAT Level 4 (or working toward completion)
Experience in property or lettings finance
Familiar with accounting software such as Tramps, Propman, or Yardi
Confident with Excel and financial reporting
