EMJ Exclusive is a fast growing young founder led lifestyle and concierge company, looking for a Business / Founder’s Associate to join the team.
You’ll be helping manage the founder’s personal clients, whilst building out your own network. Working across the business, from operations and client management through to marketing and sales. Involved in conversations, meetings, and heavily involved in how things actually move day-to-day.
What we do:
• Sourcing assets for clients: cars, watches, jewellery, handbags, property, and more
• Private travel: jet charter, yacht charter, and fully tailored holidays.
• Concierge: from last-minute requests to access & tickets most people can’t get
• Working with UHNW clients who expect speed, discretion, and execution.
The role:
• Keeping internal operations tight and organised
• Speaking with clients and supporting relationships
• Attending meetings, lunches, and being in the room
• Supporting marketing and content where needed
• Getting properly involved in sales - outreach, conversations, and deal support.
Note: The sales side is a big part of this role. This isn’t just support where needed, you’ll be expected to get involved confidently and build a strong working network in the industry.

* Start: June / July
* Status: Full-time / Permanent
* Location: London - WC2H (office-based)
* Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
* Bonus: Uncapped bonus structure linked to sales with no ceiling on earnings.
