Cover Supervisor - Reception or KS1

Day Rate : £110 - 120
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Contract: Full-time, Long-Term, Temp to Perm
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant or an Early Career Teacher looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive primary setting? This Cover Supervisor role offers a fantastic opportunity to build confidence across Reception or KS1 in a welcoming, well-resourced school.
You'll primarily support pupils and staff across the phase, with occasional responsibility for covering lessons. The role also includes delivering targeted interventions, making a real impact on pupil progress.
Responsibilities:
* Support teaching and learning across KS1 and EYFS
* Deliver pre-planned lessons during short-term cover
* Run small group interventions in phonics, literacy, and numeracy
* Provide flexible support across Reception and KS1 classes
* Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment
What We're Looking For:
* ECTs wanting experience in the classroom
* Experience with EYFS or KS1
* Confident leading small groups and covering lessons when needed
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Passion for primary education
