Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Fully qualified senior Stylist with a minimum 3 years recent shop floor experience to join our dynamic team, the right candidate will have to have a good knowledge of Goldwell and be confident in colour. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Hairdressing and technical colour service, knowledge and experience in Short hair is an advantage for this position. The right candidate will have good customer service skills too. As a Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients while also contributing to the overall success of our salon.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality hair styling and colour services to all hair types, short hair and barbering services is and advantage for this position, ensuring customer satisfaction is met with every visit.
* Provide expert advice on hair care and styling products, effectively upselling services and products to enhance the client experience.
* Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.
* Mentor junior stylists and support their professional development through guidance and training.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
* Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive service.
Experience
* Proven experience and qualification in a stylist role with a focus on customer service excellence.
* Familiarity with store management practices is advantageous.
* Skills in barbering, colour and short hair and upselling are highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with clients and team members.
