What you’ll be doing:

Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs

Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans for each resident, considering their unique medical, social, and emotional needs.

Establishing strong rapport with residents, offering emotional support, and addressing their concerns with empathy and respect

Regularly assessing and documenting the health status of residents, identifying any changes or health issues, and promptly reporting them to the appropriate personnel.

Maintaining open communication with residents' families to provide updates on their loved ones' health and well-being

Adhering to all regulatory standards, company policies, and best practices to ensure the highest standard of care and safety.
