Salary: Grade 6, Scale Point 6-9: £18,325 - £19,217 annual salary (subject to experience). Pay award pending.
Contract: Fixed‑Term until August 2027, 30.33 hours (30 hours, 20 minutes) per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days).
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and nurturing Learning Support Mentor to join our friendly and inclusive primary school team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils academically and emotionally, helping them to thrive in a positive, caring environment.
The Role Will Include
* Working one to one or with small groups to support learning across curriculum
* Support pupils to achieve their potential
* Assist teachers in delivering tailored interventions and learning strategies
* Encourage confidence, independence and a love of learning
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
The Successful Candidate Will
* Have experience working with children (KS2) in a school or support setting
* Be empathetic, patient and committed to inclusion
