About the Role
As the Engineering Team Lead, you will support and develop a motivated software engineering team responsible for delivering, maintaining and improving a large‑scale e‑commerce platform used by millions of customers.
This role blends people leadership with technical oversight. You will help create an environment where engineers feel trusted, supported and empowered to do their best work. You will also lead the delivery of roadmap initiatives that contribute directly to commercial and customer outcomes.
