Senior Operational Services Manager

The post holder will support the Service working in a rapidly changing environment and achieving tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills, self‑motivation and experience in change and people management are essential.
Alongside the Senior Management Team you will support the day‑to‑day running of the Service and be responsible for the delivery of Capital Planning and Governance oversight.
You will assist and support the Clinical Lead and Service Manager in developing and implementing short and long‑term service strategies, workforce redesign and contract monitoring.

Essential Qualifications
* 2 years’ experience of working in an acute Trust (degree level) in a management role.
* Diploma/Degree in Management or a health‑related subject.
Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience
* Operational management skills.
* Leadership and team‑building skills.
* Ability to work in a high‑pressure environment and meet deadlines.
* Awareness of NHS plan access targets.
* Ability to positively influence to ensure effective and efficient delivery of service.
* Experience in introducing innovative practice.
