Overview
Our client is looking for a Support Engineer to join a high-growth organization. Duration: Permanent.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and expertise related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint, Power Platform, and other related Microsoft technologies.
* Engage in test management, non-functional testing, and automated testing as applicable.
* Support cloud technologies where relevant.
* Leverage relevant Microsoft certifications when available.
* Eager to learn and build skills; understand and adapt communication and processes to align with organizational culture.
* Demonstrate effective time management, organization, execution, written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Core, MB-300; MB-310; Dynamics 365; Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to tailor communication to different stakeholders.
