The Fire Risk Assessor will have 2-3 years experience carrying out Fire Risk Assessments. The Fire Risk Assessor will be working on Residential Type 1 - Type 3 assessments and some commercial properties. The Fire Risk Assessor will have the following skills: - minimum Level 3 Diploma Fire Safety. - Level 4 Diploma Desirable. - 2-3 years experience - Residential property work. - working towards MIFSM. - Full driving licence.
