Position: Brand Marketing Controller

Lime Talent is partnering with a high-growth branded food company on the next phase of their UK expansion. They’re investing heavily in brand building and multi-channel activation and need a Brand Marketing Controller to lead flagship campaigns and manage a small team while working closely with best-in-class creative and media partners.
The role
Reporting to the Director of Brand & Marketing, you’ll set and execute the brand marketing strategy across paid/owned channels, lead campaign development with agencies, and own post-campaign effectiveness and investment decisions. You’ll also coach and develop two direct reports.
What you’ll do
1. Build and manage an annual brand strategy & comms calendar, aligning product- and brand-level growth plans and investment.
2. Brief, plan and deliver best-in-class, multi-channel brand campaigns with creative and media partners; own timelines and critical paths.
3. Track performance and ROI of brand spend; lead post-campaign analysis and evolve long-term strategy accordingly; present to senior stakeholders quarterly.
4. Manage agency relationships (media, digital, creative) for both performance and cost. Budget circa £5m.

About you
7. Proven track record building and executing brand marketing growth strategies with senior stakeholder exposure.
8. Strong grasp of the media landscape, channel mix and cost drivers.
9. Comfortable using research, data and analytics to drive decisions and secure buy-in.
10. Excellent communicator with a high bar for creative standards and detail.
11. Adaptable, collaborative, “can-do” operator who thrives in a fast-moving environment; strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
