Pay: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year Job description: Customer Service Executive Office-based | 8:00am – 4:30pm We are looking for a positive, proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for both trade (B2B) clients and end users, ensuring every customer receives professional, friendly, and efficient support. Key Responsibilities: * Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a timely, professional manner. * Process orders, quotations, and customer requests accurately. * Liaise with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve queries. * Provide aftersales support and manage customer expectations. * Maintain records and update systems to ensure smooth workflows.
