Job Title: Sales & Business Development Officer Location: Chester, Cheshire (Office-Based) Company: Andor Holding Group

About Andor Holding Group Andor Holding Group is a growing financial services and payments group delivering innovative solutions across the UK. We work with organisations across health and social care sector, providing tailored financial products, compliance-led services, and strategic partnerships.

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our commercial team and are seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Officer to join our Chester office.

The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious sales professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Group’s services.


Key Responsibilities

* Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities
* Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking
* Book and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
* Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
* Present and promote the Group’s services to prospective clients
* Prepare proposals, quotes, and commercial agreements
* Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Work closely with internal teams including compliance, operations, and finance
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting


Skills & Experience (Essential)

* Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Confident in building relationships with senior decision-makers
* Target-driven with a proactive mindset
* Excellent organisational skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment


Desirable

* Experience within financial services, fintech, or payments
* Knowledge of B2B sales processes
* Experience using CRM systems
