Overview
We are looking to recruit a Band 3 Cardiac Rehabilitation Administrator based at Coley Clinic in Reading, working 37.5 hours/week. You will be an experienced administrator, with good organisational, communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative/secretarial support to the delivery of Cardiac Rehabilitation (CR) as part of the Berkshire West Community Cardiac Rehabilitation Service.
* Manage appointments for the CR programme, liaise with patients and the CR team to ensure the smooth running of the programme, and enter data onto National audits.
* Maintain relevant patient information resources.
* Work as part of an integrated team providing community-based Cardiac Rehabilitation and assist with assessing patients and enrolling them onto the CR programme.
* Provide administrative support to the clinical team to ensure efficient delivery of the Cardiac Rehabilitation service.

Essential criteria
* NVQ3 or equivalent qualification/experience
* Basic knowledge of administration and/or office procedures
* Previous administrative experience; good organisational, communication and time management skills
