The Role
The supervisor acts as our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating sales assistants, and supporting them in creating memorable customer experiences.
This role requires thriving in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure retail environment. You will share product knowledge, run coaching sessions, and ensure smooth store operations. Supervisors will set personal KPIs and sales targets, leading by example.
Responsibilities
1. Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to surpass them.
2. Conduct store walks, understand visual merchandising, and monitor sales figures.
3. Handle escalated customer complaints.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, and productivity.
5. Build strong relationships with customers by providing exemplary service tailored to individual needs.
Store Operations
1. Act as key holder, ensuring proper opening/closing procedures.
2. Manage cashing up and till reconciliation.
3. Assist with administrative duties, recruitment, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
4. Support product and POS deliveries, and operate the till system.
5. Follow security policies to ensure safety on the shop floor.
