About the role Within this Corporate Commercial Partner role, you will be working across your own caseload of matters including: Corporate governance Mergers and acquisitions Commercial contracts Regulatory compliance Risk Management Negotiations As well as this, you will be taking part in Business Development Initiatives, supporting the team with their professional development, mentor more junior members of the team and provide supervision when necessary. About you The successful candidate for this Corporate Commercial Partner role will ideally have at least 7 years’ PQE within this area of law, has fantastic client care skills and is looking to really make a name for themselves.
