We are supporting a Housing Association based in North Wales, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor on a temporary six-month contract.
This is a full-time position (37 hours p/week), is due to start immediately and is paying circa £20-24ph.
The successful candidate will need to have strong employee relations experience with the ability to manage casework with minimal supervision.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Providing advice and guidance to Managers and colleagues on all HR and OD matters, such as terms and conditions and employee relations
* Managing employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, employee performance and absence
* Supporting Managers with recruitment processes, such as advertising, assessment and selection methods and contractual options in order to attract and select quality colleagues
* Helping to identify and plan training/development needs with colleagues and to co-ordinate and deliver corporate training and development activities
* Creating, developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures
Experience required:
* Experience of leading on complex employee relations matters
* Experience of supporting with recruitment activity
* Experience delivering L&D initiatives
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* CIPD L5 qualified or equivalent experience
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and organise own workload
* Welsh language skills (desirable)
Working hours:
* 37 hours per week
* Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible)
