About the Role As a SEN HLTA, you will: Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons and interventions across subjects and key stages, with guidance from teaching staff and the SENCO. Provide targeted support for pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning delays, and SEMH. Support the planning and delivery of IEPs, behaviour plans, and EHCP targets. Encourage independence, engagement, and progress in and out of the classroom. Mentor and support other teaching assistants where needed. Take part in reviews and meetings, working closely with parents, professionals, and the wider pastoral team.Requirements To be considered, you will need to: Hold HLTA status (via a recognised UK HLTA programme) OR an equivalent Level 4+ qualification in education or child development.
