~ If you are looking to gain experience in a top-class celebrity kitchen, we are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our friendly kitchen team at Sandbanks restaurant, Poole, Dorset.

Open the kitchen and be ready for service
Support the Head or Sous Chef on duty to ensure a smooth service and deputise in their absence.
Prep food in line with prep lists
Close down / hand over the kitchen clean and tidy with full prep list written
Lead a health and safety culture, be food safety Compliant, following all procedures and policies in every aspect
Be involved in menu planning and stock control
Participate in management meetings and future planning
