Looking to step up your claims career in a fast-moving environment? We're on the hunt for a confident Third-Party Motor Claims Handler who knows how to take control, make decisions, and deliver great outcomes.
The Role
You'll handle third-party motor claims from first notification through to settlement, taking ownership of liability decisions and driving claims forward with pace and accuracy.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a portfolio of third-party motor claims end-to-end
* Investigating liability and making informed decisions
* Handling third-party damage and injury claims
* Negotiating settlements to achieve the best possible outcome
* Communicating with claimants, insurers, and legal representatives
* Ensuring claims are handled efficiently, compliantly, and with great service

* Experience in motor claims (third-party experience highly desirable)
* Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
* Ability to assess liability confidently
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Proactive, target-driven mindset
