Acute Visiting Service Paramedic Opportunities

Main duties of the job
Job Summary
The role of the Paramedic is to work within the Primary Care Networks, Horizon, Whitefield and Prestwich. The role will support the ongoing development of services delivered by the PCNs.
The focus of this role will be developing independent primary and urgent care clinical practice. The successful appointee will initially be conducting same day consultations on home visits. This will allow exposure to other areas of specific interest within primary care such as women's health, chronic disease management, cancer care etc.
Working hours are during primary care service hours e.g. 9am-6:30pm Monday-Friday, though there are some meetings which will require attendance outside of these times.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's/BSc Paramedic Practice/Science (or currently undertaking BSc top up)
* Access to own car (with Business Insurance + Valid Driving License)
Experience
* Work within scope of practice/regulatory body restrictions
* 5 years post registration experience (flexible for the right candidate)
* Experience with online patient documentation such as EMIS
