We’re working with a global organisation looking to appoint an experienced Antitrust Counsel on to support European operations. This is a broad, high-impact role advising on both day-to-day competition matters and strategic projects within a fast-paced, international environment.
You’ll partner closely with the business, providing advice on a wide range of antitrust issues including M&A, joint ventures, distribution arrangements, pricing and competitor collaborations. The role also involves risk assessments, supporting investigations where required, engaging with regulators, and helping to shape and deliver compliance frameworks and training.
This role is for lawyers with strong European antitrust experience, ideally gained across both private practice and in-house environments. You’ll be confident working independently, managing multiple workstreams and building relationships with stakeholders, alongside fluency in German and English.
Candidates are likely to have 7+ years’ PQE in antitrust/competition law (flexible for the right profile) with exposure to international matters. A great opportunity to step into a visible, business-facing role within a dynamic and evolving organisation.
