Job Title: Spanish Speaking Sales Assistant

Rate: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour

Hours: Full-time, with shifts across Monday - Sunday

We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Sales Assistant to join a vibrant retail team based in Covent Garden. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every client enjoys a premium shopping experience.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and support stock management.
Drive sales through confident communication, proactive engagement, and strong product knowledge.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive team culture.
Support the management team with daily store operations and light administrative duties.
Share styling advice and product insights to enhance the customer experience.
Participate in promotional activities and in-store events to boost brand visibility.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
Luxury retail experience is highly desirable.
Fluent in Spanish and confident communicating with international clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for fashion, trends, and styling.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
