About The Role

The Social Media Executive is responsible for driving the growth, engagement, and overall performance of our brand across multiple social media platforms. This role exists to plan, create, and manage compelling social content that strengthens brand presence, builds community, and delivers measurable results. The Social Media Executive will combine creativity with strong organisational skills to manage end-to-end content execution - from concept development and briefing through to publishing, influencer coordination, and performance reporting. By staying ahead of trends and leveraging data-driven insights, the role ensures our social media channels remain relevant, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.


Accountabilities


Social Media Management & Planning

* Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and more)
* Create and maintain structured social media calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and brand objectives
* Ensure content is published accurately and on time across all platforms


Content Creation

* Creative thinking and content ideation, generating original, scroll-stopping concepts that align with brand identity and push creative boundaries
* Film and capture social media content (in-house, on location, or with influencers willing to travel and feature in social content)
* Edit video and image content suitable for platform-specific formats and trends
* Write engaging captions and ensure consistent brand tone of voice


Influencer Management

* Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and creators
* Brief influencers on campaign objectives, deliverables, timelines, and brand guidelines
* Coordinate content approvals and monitor influencer performance


Briefing & Collaboration

* Prepare clear creative briefs for internal teams and influencers
* Collaborate with marketing, design, legal, B&M and wider teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
* Stay up to date with social trends and platform updates to inform creative direction


Reporting & Analysis

* Track and report on social media performance and campaign results
* Analyse insights to optimize content, posting schedules, and influencer activity
* Provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations


About You

* Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
* Strong understanding of major social platforms and their best practices
* Experience with influencer marketing and relationship management
* Confident filming and editing social content (mobile and/or professional tools)
* Data-driven mindset with experience in social media analytics
* Experience using social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Falcon, Sprout, Later)
* Experience with social media reporting (e.g. Meta Business Suite, platform analytics, or similar tools)
* Strong briefing skills
* Experience contributing to integrated marketing campaigns across social, digital, and influencer channels
* Supporting content calendars, brand partnerships, and performance reporting
* Educated to A Level or a Degree Level, OR have relevant experience in marketing or similar related field
* Highly creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas aligned to brand objectives
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with high levels of accuracy
* An exceptional eye for detail
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload and multi-task
* Proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
* You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
* High level of drive and motivation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Can work individually or as part of a team
* Detailed-oriented and results-focused approach
* Able to commute to Bradford city centre
* Able to travel for work when needed
