Our client is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to oversee key EMEA territories. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, collaborative marketing team where you'll be driving brand strategy, activation and product storytelling, with influence across licensing, sales and retail marketing.
To be considered for this position you must have experience working within the toy industry or proven experience marketing a product out into a business.
Job Title: Brand Manager
Estimated Salary: £45,000-£55,000 - Dependant on Experience
Location: Bracknell - hybrid working, 3 days office and 2 days home
Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead the development and execution of regional brand strategies and initiatives
Collaborate with global and regional teams across product, licensing, sales and marketing
Analyse market and consumer data to identify opportunities and drive strategy
Deliver engaging trade marketing activations: POS, retail promotions and merchandising
Manage consumer campaigns across digital, media and PR, with a focus on ROI
Develop compelling PR and influencer strategies across EMEA
Present seasonal ranges and marketing plans
Own brand presence at major trade events
Administer and optimise brand marketing budgets
Nurture relationships with key retailers, licensors and agency partners
What we're looking for:
3-5 years' experience in brand or marketing management within FMCG or consumer goods
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships across global teams
Strong command of category strategy, merchandising and pricing
Confident communicator and natural presenter
Analytical mindset with an eye for brand aesthetics and impact
Comfortable navigating tight timelines and working independently
Willingness to travel internationally for trade events and licensor meetings
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field would be desirable
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluency in another language would be advantageous
