This is a rewarding post, assisting with the care and well-being of local community clients. The post holder will be required to deliver a high standard of care to older adults in their own home to ensure their independence with all activities of daily living tasks. Some experience in care essential, but all training will be provided for the suitable candidate.
This post offers a great work/life balance with 4 days on and 4 days off, has excellent benefits of 28 days annual leave and enhancements for working evenings and weekends. There are also opportunities to gain SVQ qualifications while working in this role.
Candidates must be willing to work evening shifts, 4.30pm - 9.30pm, and traveling to Badenoch and Strathspey community clients is part of the role. Candidates must have a driving licence and access to a car.
