Job Overview
We’re looking for a store supervisor to join our team at Starbucks. In this role you will lead shifts, coach partners, and create an exceptional experience for customers in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead successful shifts, support partners, and inspire great moments for partners and customers.
* Set priorities, delegate tasks, and drive store profitability using existing tools and resources.
* Inspire and motivate the team to deliver peak customer moments, pre‑empting and adapting to any potential issues.
* Identify teachable moments and share best practices with the team.
* See challenges as opportunities for continuous improvement to drive operational excellence.
* Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties.
* Ensure all partners follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety, and security.
* Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers, adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
* Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Qualifications
* Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
* Experience leading operational activities in a retail or hospitality environment.
* Strong ability to solve problems in the moment and inspire a positive learning environment for partners.
Compensation and Benefits
£25,112 per year - estimated
