What you'll be doing:
*Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
*Coordinate with internal teams and customers to maintain smooth communication and resolve issues.
*Support program teams with data entry and reporting in SAP and other systems.
*Monitor and track delivery schedules, proactively addressing any delays.
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales administration function.




What you'll bring:
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
*High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
*A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a global organization.
