🚀 About the Role
Join our Marketing & Communications team to lead digital performance and innovation across web, CRM, social, and lead generation channels. You’ll drive data-led strategies, integrated reporting, and continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and report on digital campaigns and lead generation.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
* Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards.
* Optimise SEO/SEM and website performance.
* Analyse trends, user behaviour, and competitor activity.
* Provide insights and recommendations for digital growth.
✅ What You’ll Need
* Strong analytical and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in SEO, paid media, CRM, and analytics tools.
* Experience with CMS (ideally Sitecore) and MS Dynamics CRM.
* Ability to manage stakeholders and external partners.
* Degree in Marketing, IT, or related field (desirable).
* Google certification (desirable).
