Your Role
As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Senior Project Architects. You’ll lead internal and external design teams on major building projects across Europe, focusing on both new constructions and remodels.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Manage the design process through various phases, including feasibility studies, design briefs, detailed design, bidding, execution, and project closeout.
* Data Insights Driving Workplace Design Strategy: Utilize occupancy and portfolio data to create actionable insights. Transform planning principles into Design Toolkits and automated solutions, while developing unique data sets for AI-driven design.
* Digital Design Innovation: Engage in parametering and scripting for AI tools, driving efficient idea generation and enhancing user engagement. Collaborate with project partners to pilot AI design capabilities.
*This role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey, with travel opportunities across Europe.
