Role Responsibilities
5. Corporate Tax Compliance - Preparation/review of UK corporation tax returns and working with external advisors to prepare non-UK corporate tax returns.
6. Tax Reporting – assistance with the IFRS tax provisioning for group reporting and local statutory financial statements.
7. Tax Forecasting – Preparation of Budgeted tax ETR and tax payment calculations for UK and Ireland.
8. Group Compliance/Governance reporting: prepare/review various returns/submissions to meet group compliance reporting obligations. For example, CbCR notifications, CFC reviews, CIR calculations and Transfer Pricing.
9. Other Taxes support – employment taxes; local R&D tax credit and incentive studies with third-party advisors, and capital allowances reviews. Previous experience not necessary and training will be provided.
10. Tax Audits and Responses: Assist in preparing responses to local tax audits and tax authority requests.
Qualifications
11. Professional Qualifications: Professional accountancy or tax qualifications such as CA, ATT, or CTA are preferred.
12. Accounting Knowledge: A good knowledge of accounting principles.

16. Very good UK corporate taxation knowledge required, other taxes not essential
17. PC skills- advanced knowledge Excel, Word, PowerPoint
18. SAP & Alphatax skills an advantage

20. Fluent English, able to communicate in writing/verbal
